Privacy Policy

For Ty AI Content Dashboard, the private tool used to schedule and publish posts to my own social accounts.

01

What this covers

Ty AI Content Dashboard is a private, single-operator tool used by Ty Blackard to create, schedule, and publish his own social media posts. It is not a product sold to or opened up to the public, and it does not host accounts for other people.

This policy explains what the dashboard stores when it connects to a social platform, and what it does with it.

02

Information the dashboard stores

When the operator connects a TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit, TikTok returns an access token and a refresh token. Those tokens, along with the connection's creation and expiry timestamps, are stored in a private database that only the operator controls.

The dashboard also stores the content the operator creates in it: post captions, generated images, scheduling times, and the identifiers a platform returns after an upload so a post is not sent twice.

The dashboard does not request or store TikTok passwords. It does not read the operator's TikTok feed, followers, direct messages, or any other user's content.

03

How that information is used

The TikTok access token is used for exactly one thing: uploading the operator's own finished posts to the operator's own TikTok account, as drafts that the operator then reviews and posts from the TikTok app.

The dashboard requests a single TikTok permission, video.upload. It does not request permission to publish directly, to read profile data beyond what the connection requires, or to access any other account.

04

What is never done with it

Tokens and content are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

No data is collected from other TikTok users. The dashboard only ever acts on the account that authorized it.

No advertising or tracking pixels run inside the dashboard, and it does not build profiles of anyone.

05

Storage, retention, and deletion

Connection tokens live in a private database and are transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are refreshed automatically as they expire, and old values are replaced rather than accumulated.

The operator can revoke access at any time from TikTok's own settings, under Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Revoking there immediately invalidates the stored tokens.

To have stored data deleted outright, email the address below and it will be removed from the database.

06

Third-party services

The dashboard talks to the TikTok Content Posting API to upload posts, and may use hosting and database providers to run itself. Those providers process data only to operate the service.

Use of TikTok through this dashboard is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
