What this service is

Ty AI Content Dashboard is a private tool built and operated by Ty Blackard to create, schedule, and publish his own social media content. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered for sale, and accounts are not available to the general public.

These terms cover use of that dashboard and the tyblackard.com website.

Who may use it

Access is limited to the operator and anyone he explicitly invites to help run his own accounts. There is no signup, and no third party may connect their own social accounts to it.

Anyone using it must be at least 18 years old and must follow the terms of every platform it connects to.

Connected accounts

The dashboard connects to social platforms using each platform's official authorization flow, and only for the operator's own accounts.

Connecting an account grants the dashboard permission to upload the operator's own posts to that account. Permission can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, which immediately stops the dashboard from acting on that account.

Use of TikTok through this dashboard is additionally governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those conflict with anything here, TikTok's terms control the TikTok side.

Acceptable use

The dashboard is used to publish original content created by or for the operator. It is not used to scrape platform data, to impersonate anyone, to run engagement schemes, to post on behalf of unrelated third parties, or to automate activity in ways a platform prohibits.

Content published through it is subject to the rules of whichever platform receives it.

Content ownership

The operator retains ownership of content created in or published through the dashboard. Nothing here transfers rights in that content to any third party beyond the license each platform requires to display it.

Availability and warranty

The dashboard is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be changed, taken offline, or discontinued at any time without notice, and it depends on external platform APIs that can change or break independently.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the dashboard or the website.
